Why Phin Started This

Growing up, Phin watched his dad manage apartment buildings. The tenants never had to worry — something breaks, they call, it gets handled. No stress, no searching for contractors, no overpaying.

Then Phin looked around at all the homeowners he knew — family, friends — and realized nobody has that. You own your home, which means you're your own landlord. Except nobody taught you how.

That's why Phin started this. One call, one person, everything taken care of. Think of Phin like the landlord you never had — except he works for you.

A full day. Phin and your field steward arrive prepared for everything. We work through your list systematically — two to seven tasks depending on complexity. The list that's been growing for months starts getting done today.

The free assessment — before you pay anything

Phin walks your entire home — every system documented, every issue photographed. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, windows, appliances, exterior, safety. You get a full written report within 24 hours. Yours to keep regardless of what you decide.

Your home supply closet

We designate one spot in your home and stock it with exactly what your home needs — every bulb, filter, battery, touch-up paint matched and labeled by room. When we arrive for any future visit, everything we need is already there.

The standing monthly appointment

A fixed date every month — the second Tuesday, for example, whatever works for your life. That date is yours automatically. You don't have to remember to call. We show up, work from your home profile, handle what needs handling, and send the report. Your home is managed whether or not you thought about it this month.

You don't have to be home

On Day 1 we establish a clear access protocol. You give us access once. From then on, we work whether you're home or not. You come home to a fixed house and a photo report. You never reschedule your day around a handyman again.

Quarterly system checks

Four times a year, one visit includes a focused deep-dive on a specific system. Q1: all plumbing. Q2: all electrical. Q3: exterior. Q4: appliances. Every major system gets a focused review every year. Problems caught early.
